Good morning, all.
When I try to shut down my Win98 program it refuses to turn off. I hit
Start----Shut Down and nothing happens. It won't work in Restart either.
I've got to manually turn the computer off and then it takes a long time to
reboot because the computer was "incorrectly shut down". Any ideas? Thanks
