Was visiting my great aunt on Sunday. When she does a full system scan it always locks up on a folder called C:\Sierra\Solma00\Mahjong layouts and only 144 files are scanned. If I move the Sierra folder to the desktop and try it again, it hangs at C:\ with about13 files scanned. Move it back and it locks up on this folder. What I think is odd, is that Norton always starts on this folder. Should I reinstall Norton for her, or is there another option? Thank you.
