Harold, the question is: Is it worth it to you? :) It sounds like a good enough machine. If you want you can always add a floppy drive and it looks as though there is room for another HD if you want. If it were mine, I would want a 320 Watt power supply as you will probably be using the USB ports in future with add-ons, etc.
The question with any machine is future use, additions, etc. I have had mixed reports with Tiger Direct. Some good, some bad, but they have an overall good reputation as far as I know. I have dealt with them a few times with no complaints.
