I've dealt with Tiger twice, and had a good experience both times-in one
case I had to deal with customer support and they were excellent.
The real problem here is HP. They load their computers up with junk that
amounts to spyware and are too proprietary for me. I assume you realize
there's no monitor with this deal.
Take a look at the Dell 3000 or 4700. Roughly $650.00 gets you a similar PC
with a 15" flat panel monitor.

I realize that it's not easy to recommend one computer to anyone because
each of us has different needs. But for general use (keeping personal
records, emailing, working on a website, browsing, using ICQ, visiting
naughty sites, and things like that), my question is: -- is it worth it? ---
