Malware emails usually have nothing directly to do with email
lists since these are usually sent to email addresses found in
infected users' address books. The vast majority of malware
emails I receive are sent to email addresses that are not
subscribed to anything, since I only use these email addresses
for list or newsletter subscriptions.

Hello Everyone,

Just to let you know that I, too, receive some spam email, but
lately, mostly
w*o*r*m attached emails. Whether from this list, or from the
one other list
that I'm subbed to using this particular email addy, I really
don't know.
Both infestations seem to be running rampant with my yahoo
email addy. My
other email addies are free of any attacks. Thank goodness for
AVG checking
all incoming and outgoing for me.

Looking in the headers of such email... none seem to come
"from" the same
person, list or addy, so someone in email-land is happily
passing these things
around through either ignorance or deliberately.

Lynne ... :)
