Bram just had a thought, have you checked the network cable? Also change the position of the cable on the hub. Meir
Hi I have a client ( a school) They have 10 identical computers. P4 2.0Ghz , 256MB all running XP Pro. No internet connection. Each has identical network card. All connected through 16 port hub. IP addresses are static (192.168.0.*), all on same workgroup, all on same subnet mask(255.255.255.0) . No firewall enabled. I can ping each computer from any other but absolutely NOTHING shows in Networked Computers not even itself.
