I answered my own question here.  I see it has extensions, but 
only 10 at this time.

One item
that I found helpful as some web pages (ie Microsoft) don't
work well
with FF, is the 'switch to IE' extension.  That will move you

a right click to IE so that you don't have to re-enter the
address or
any other item.  Look over the others and I think that you will

some that will appeal to you.
