Yes, I'm aware of what OE is. :-) Like Vern said, he doesn't have any banner on OE6, and this is for Hotmail used in OE. On OE5 every time you'd open up HM, you'd get a massive banner that took over OE. -Clint
Happy Holidays to all & God Bless Clint Hamilton, Owner http://OrpheusComputing.com ) http://ComputersCustomBuilt.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "ETM" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I've never seen a banner ad on Outlook Express and used a lot of versions up through version 6 for a lot of years. It is a free program pre-installed by Microsoft as part of its Windows/Internet Explorer packaging. OE6 is on my computer right now and accepts mail but I have shut it down from sending, it is used primarily as a storage system for about 3 gig of old OE mail, giving me an easily searchable database of mail. I use TheBat! as my main mail program. To my knowledge there have never been any banners or ads on any OE I have used. What kinds of ads are other people seeing?
