Yes, I think some are getting confused on which is which. Thunderbird is the email program, FireFox is just the browser. I'm wondering how many email programs out there that have **ALL OF OE'S FEATURES**. Is Thunderbird one that has all of OE's features, any others? Well I see one problem Thunderbird has, no return read receipts. Apparently, like FireFox, it's also going to be plagued with things that stop OE users from changing.

Isn't Thunderbird the mail program? I also would be interested in views of the mail program. I currently am using TheBat! which I like a lot, but I have tired of paying for upgrades which often are still in beta when released <smile>.
I use the firefox plugin/extension when IE is required. It works well.

I have downloaded v1.0 of Thunderbird, but wanted the
group's opinion on it before migrating from OE. All
comments welcome!
I have been using Mozilla (which is the source of Thunderbird) for a
considerable period (I mean over a year now) and I have found it
convenient, quick and, I feel, a lot safer. There have been a few web
sites, principally interactive, which don't seem to work properly, but
these are few and far between, and seem to me to be getting fewer, but
maybe I'm just not visiting the right (wrong?) ones.
