Flash is here to stay, and while there are a lot of crappy Flash sites,
there are many that use Flash beautifully and well. High end fashion and art
sites come to mind, as well as some museums, hotels and graphics oriented
sites. And don't forget  wwww.jibjab.com. Comcast uses Flash on their home
page and some of the content is unavailable without it.
I've never heard of Flash doing any harm.
