Velly interesting. This guy has taken advantage of some very good search
terms to get his site listed first for your (And many other's) search terms.
He's got lots of sites, and Google shows a lot of hits on his name.
You can read all about 302s here:
http://www.gotroot.com/tiki-index.php?page=302%20hijack but I don't thibnk
that's what he's doing.
The span class name can be anything, but I don't know why he picked dylk.
Most people think splash pages suck, and I'm not sure why you'd want to
ignore good HTML. Most of my pages go through the validator with no errors.

If you mean those EXACT words as they are below, all at the
same time, 26th is horrible. For all those words at the same
time, I should not only be 1st on the 1st, but about the only
hit. More importantly, who would search for all those terms at
the *same* time?

The index page is for different keyword usage. It USED to show
for some words, and the main page USED to show for others. I
learned a long time ago not to bother with that validator. You
can put ANY website through it found on the first page of
results for any search and see tons of errors. That validator
also shows errors where nothing exists. I've tried to change
them, like it said, and it would find the same error.

Those that link to me are ALL showing up for me now INSTEAD of
me! That's what sucks and is so pathetic! THEY are still
there, but I'm GONE. Also note that when searching for my
business name 9 of the ten hits on the first page are linked TO
ME!!

Now that URL you mentioned should NOT be linking to me, I've
never heard of the place and I'm not linked to him anywhere,
and that is DEFINITELY a scam/spam website! Check out the
homepage. http://www.reprintrightseverymonth.com/ That's got
bad news written all over it. Also notice on the page you
provided how the links are "strange". When you hover them, you
can't see the URL in the status bar as you normally can. This
is the HTML code of one of my links on the page, and I've never
seen one quite like it:

<span class="dylk"
onclick=openwin('http://www.orpheuscomputing.com/main.html')>Wholesale
Discount Computer Upgrades, Discount Computer Hardware
Suppliers, Computer Hardware Dealers, Discount ...</span>

The clicked page opens up first with "about:blank" then goes to
my site, and there is NO REASON to do that to my knowledge
other than something that's not legit. I wonder if this what
is meant by a "302 hijack"????? What is <span class="dylk"
???
