I have a AXT power system but the computer will not automatically shut down . It behave like AT system where the screen shows" Your computer is safe to shut Down" (something like that). The problem started only after I formated and reloaded Window Xp again. Is there any setup that I have missed in the Bios or Windows. Please Help.
