I think that I can come to one major conclusion about that problem update.

I help many people with their computers. I do it calmly and effectively.

However, when a bug hits MY computer, it's different. I don't know whether
other people react to problems with their own computers differently than
they react to problems with others' computers, but I doubt that my own
situation is unique.

One of the many benefits of PC Works is the ability to work together. People
who help others with computer issues also need help themselves. The result
is a more calm approach to problems.

I hope the rest of the terrific people on PC Works don't have to face any
new or surprising problems with their computers. However, if such a case
does arise, I hope that I'll be able to return the favor by calmly and
effectively suggesting a solution.
