I will NEVER get any AVG product due to their total lack of support. In fact, there's not even any way to register at their forums! If you send an email to AVG, they bounce all email back that has no registration # in it, but you can't get a registration # unless you BUY their product, and who's going to buy something that won't work?? It's a causality loop. Have you tried to update it manually (and if so, what's the process for that?) It's done this before. The AVG AV free updates ok. Obviously different servers. Ben Moore days back I installed it and it was updating ok. Now I keep getting "Downloading updates.....receive data......Error: server is not ready to serve" or something like that (kind of an oxymoron isn't it. LOL).
