The hiberfil.sys will automatically be deleted when you uncheck hibernation. This is what happened on my computer.
Alan. Hugh and Wally (and any other interested party), I unchecked the Hibernate box. You should note that I do NOT have a hiberfil.sys file. I don't recall deleting it; it's not the type of file that I would delete. Is it possible for someone send me that file?
