th problem with [udpsend]/[udpreceive] is, that you need a [udpreceive] for each client that wants to receive data, which means possibly a lot of different ports, i all [udpreceive]s are sitting on the same host. [udpclient]/[udpserver] allows to have all this with a single known listening port. fgmasdr IOhannes -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Icedove - http://www.enigmail.net/ iEYEARECAAYFAlHUSLgACgkQkX2Xpv6ydvQNegCgsajUa/8ymMet0oicFIRKxYRZ 8aQAmwcPmpU/pZACSkpwjw88QHYCTMBw =qNOr -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Pd-dev mailing list Pd-dev@iem.at http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-dev
