Depends what's useable for you I guess.
You just need to set the comport objects baud rate to 57600.
The RN-XV manual says: "Valid settings are {2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200, 230400, 460800, 921600}" So you could probably go faster than 57600, the arduino can do at least 115200.
