This is good news and in stark contrast with what ScanSoft says. Have
you tried to use the created PDF with Acrobat, Adobe Approval, or Adobe
Reader? Would you mind posting a sample form somewhere so that I can
forward it to ScanSoft and see if they change their tune? Thanks.

Guys - Then you have not selected the convert fields option when you
save the forms as a PDF. 

When you select File "Save As" and select PDF as the type you will get
an "options" button. Click that and make sure you check the "Convert
Fields" checkbox. This will save you fields in the PDF

Try it - it does work!!

When you save an Omniform form as a PDF, it loses all it's form fields.
An Omniform form only works as an Omniform Form.
