Hi Gordon - Please retry the forms again see if you still get the error.

BTW - Thanks for pointing this out - I was able to replicate the error in Acrobat 6.0. 
The problem is that the rules and regulations being followed in Adobe 6.0 is much more 
stricter and stringent than they were in prior verions.  To get around the problem I 
had to resave the form using Acrobat.

Hi Rakesh,


OFF LIST

I am gettimng a frozen Acrobat PRO 6 on opening and a dialog box 
that says Acrobat had a problem opening this form.

I too am interested in a simple way to create form rather than 
using Adobe Pro which seems cumbersome.
