Hi Gordon - Please retry the forms again see if you still get the error. BTW - Thanks for pointing this out - I was able to replicate the error in Acrobat 6.0. The problem is that the rules and regulations being followed in Adobe 6.0 is much more stricter and stringent than they were in prior verions. To get around the problem I had to resave the form using Acrobat. I too am interested in a simple way to create form rather than using Adobe Pro which seems cumbersome.
