I have a freebie change utility that will allow you to change pretty much anything in either binary or ascii files as long as you can identify it. From the pdfs I've looked at, all the links appear to be in plain text. If that in fact holds true it should do the job for you. If all your absolute references will get translated to some other known value, either absolute or relative, I believe it might handle the task. It is unfortunately a DOS c/l application, but it runs fine under W2000, as I use it daily. The only restriction is that the file names can't exceed the 8.3 DOS standard. That isn't really much of an issue if you're proficient with batch files at all.

All:
We are consolidating down to one web server and unfortunately 2000+ PDF files have bookmarks from the soon to be extinct server that are using absolute URLs.
Is there any software/plugin that you have used successfully to batch process bookmark changes?
Specifications (wish list):
Since we are nonprofit am hoping to keep the cost at $500 or less.
We would probably need only one liscense--desktop.
Would prefer to work in the MAC enviornment OS9 or better. If doesn't speak MAC can go with Windows--2000.
Thanks for your help, Diane
