What error message would a user receive if they were attempting to open a
PDF via any web browser and Acrobat Reader is not installed on their
computer?
i.e. If a user doesn't have Reader installed, can they still open a PDF file
in their browser.
Yes, if another third party plug-in, like PDF Browser (http://www.schubert-it.com), is installed.
