For most applications, EPS files are passed directly into the
PostScript job stream. Thus, WHATEVER colorspaces they use would
come through intact. One notable exception is WordPerfect, the
current versions of which try to internalize the EPS and spit
it out as GDI, often quite unsuccessfully!
