Hi everyone - Thank you all for your prompt and courteous responses. A solution has been found now and I wanted to share it with you. My co-worker moved the files to the local (C:\) drive on the CD-ROM machine which is functioning like a PC. He also had to add some .ini files to Adobe to get it to recognize the software that he was working with. Thanks to Chris and Michael for their responses. Seems that the key was moving it to the local drives and getting it off the network. The solution of scanning oodles of information and bundling it on a CD-ROM will save us money vs. mailing 1000+ pages to board members, not to mention the trees saved. Have a great Friday everyone!!
