The "hidden" form field is wherever you place it on the page and sits OVER
whatever is beneath it. Nothing shows as long as it's hidden. When you
"show" the field it overprints whatever was beneath it. The field that you
click/rollover/etc to show the hidden field can be anywhere on the page
also.

You can copy/paste form fields and then just change the attributes (being
sure to change the name of the field--most important) so that you don't have
to recreate the fields over and over again. I'm not sure about Macros.
