well, the thing is it is not me who has a problem. I can open the files fine but other people in the office can't. I went and personally tried a few computers and I had no luck on some of them, others worked fine. So, that's why I can't figure out the problem.

It opens fine here. Can you open other PDFs in your browser?

Does anyone else have any ideas why the PDF file wouldn't open in a browser? It says done on the bottom of the browser but all you can see is a blank page.
