Sounds like the browser settings might need to be looked at to see what's different between those who can see the document and those who cannot. Could be something as simple as a security setting. I can open the files fine but other people in the office can't. I went and personally tried a few computers and I had no luck on some of them, others worked fine. So, that's why I can't figure out the problem.
