Is the
workflow you described below automated? or do you manually send files to your
printer to create .ps files. I need to create .ps files on the fly. move them
from one directory to a watched folder to create a .PDF then move the .PDFs to a
share on a network. do you know the best way to automate what I've
described?

We have a system set up whereby our word files are pdf'd by creating a ps file going through our printer (print to file), the ps file is then passed through a watched folder (with the same permanent job options) and we collect the pdf in the out folder ready to send to print and also to be uploaded to our website.
This system 9 times out of 10 works fine but I have a problem when the the french accented � is converted it comes out as a �, what settings should I alter in the job options of the watched folder to ensure this substitution does not take place.
The � is created using alt + 130.
