Not to mention that the file size will increase if the text is outlines.
That makes each page a bunch of graphics. We have had numerous trouble
printing files when our client have done this.

the graphic quality of whatever is subsequently displayed or printed and
really doesn't accomplish anything positive, unless of course you are trying
to print to a buggy and/or obsolete RIP. Fonts should be embedded in
exported EPS or PDF from InDesign for highest fidelity, searchability of
PDF, PDF touch-up, and PDF repurposability!
