6.0 has a new (I think) feature that lets you create pdf from multiple files
(File/create pdf/create from multiple files) you can move the numbered docs
around to fit your need.

Subject: [PDF] Assembling multiple PDF files into one

All -

Is there a tool available that will allow me to assemble multiple PDF files into
one, without having to do it one file at a time? We have a bunch of engineering
drawings that are converted to PDF. We like to assemble them into sets based on
location.

Right now, I have to use the Document>Insert Pages function. If you select
multiple pages, it shuffles the order. The individual PDF files are named using
sequential numbers (i.e. 1234.pdf, 1235.pdf, 1236.pdf, etc....)

Is there an add in out there, or am I missing something that is already built in
to Acrobat?

By the way, I use Windows 2000 Pro, and Acrobat 5.0

Thanks,

Brian
