You, my friend, are the perfect victim for an Acrobat upgrade. 6 does all that you ask and more very easily and logically (believe it or not). Someone else probably knows of a plug-in that will help with 5. _________________________________________________________________ All - Is there a tool available that will allow me to assemble multiple PDF files into one, without having to do it one file at a time? We have a bunch of engineering drawings that are converted to PDF. We like to assemble them into sets based on location. Right now, I have to use the Document>Insert Pages function. If you select multiple pages, it shuffles the order. The individual PDF files are named using sequential numbers (i.e. 1234.pdf, 1235.pdf, 1236.pdf, etc....) Is there an add in out there, or am I missing something that is already built in to Acrobat?
