In Acrobat 6.0, there is a button on the tool bar to create a pdf, and one
of the options is to create from multiple files. I know this will make one
pdf of many, but I don't know if that is available in 5.0.

Subject: [PDF] Assembling multiple PDF files into one

All -

Is there a tool available that will allow me to assemble multiple PDF files
into one, without having to do it one file at a time? We have a bunch of
engineering drawings that are converted to PDF. We like to assemble them
into sets based on location.

Right now, I have to use the Document>Insert Pages function. If you select
multiple pages, it shuffles the order. The individual PDF files are named
using sequential numbers (i.e. 1234.pdf, 1235.pdf, 1236.pdf, etc....)

Is there an add in out there, or am I missing something that is already
built in to Acrobat?

By the way, I use Windows 2000 Pro, and Acrobat 5.0

Thanks,

Brian
