Ruy, It's good to know that we're not alone in this. Unfortunately, OverDrive is now linked directly to Adobe's Digital Media Store. See my previous reply to Leonard. Thanks for the tip on the futility of compressing the files beyond the PDF format. Years ago, we used Stuffit and it hardly made a dent in what are already highly compressed files.
