It means that Adobe Reader 6 includes all the stuff necessary to view display documents correctly constructed around Asian/Unicode fonts and data.


As far as embedding - that depends. If you use the standard Adobe Asian fonts, then yes, you can not embed. If you use fonts that exist on all machines, so that they can be found at render time by Reader, then yes. But this is no different than not embedding ANY font...
