A) Windows 2003 Q) Is your application designed to run as a server or exit upon completion? A) It is designed to run as a server and it won't exit upon completion. It will be waiting for the client request. Q) Is your application designed to be multi-threaded? A) Yes, it is multi-threaded application. We are serializing the requests to PDF library using Mutex. Q) If you are running on Windows; are you using the Windows native threading model or posix threads? A) We are using Windows native threading model. Q) What are your system load requirements? How long does it take your application to process a PDF file? In essence: do you expect to have resource contention issues? A) Yes, we do expect resource contention issues. Q) Have you implemented your own Foreign File System on top of the Adobe PDF Library?
