This might help someone else one day: I wanted to hide the console
automatically, and I couldn't find a setting for it, so I edited
/usr/local/share/pdfedit/callbacks.qs like this, which hides it when I
load a document:

 Callback called after document is loaded and after onLoad.

 This function is empty and to be re-defined by user if necessary

*/

function onLoadUser() {

 showHide("commandline","hideCmd")
