How about this :
The imprinting uses the roll number feature, right ?
Maybe you need to write the roll number on each roll when you take
them off, when you wish to use this Mid Roll Change -feature.
The body can remember the frame numbers for all the rolls. Just
select the roll number from the body when inserting it
and you're done.
