Utter bullshit. Doctors have to go to medical school for years,
and pass exams to prove they are competent before they gat
diplomas and are allowed by the medical profession to practice
medicine. They also have to participate in ongoing education
programs to stay abreast of medical developments, or they don't
get to be doctors anymore.

To be a professional photographer, you need to buy a camera and
a business licence.
