Part of the reason is because there are only a few people here that actually have one, so most people here have no real first-hand knowledge of it. Most of the opinions here are based on reading what other people say about it and then carrying that lack of knowledge to extremes. I recommend finding a camera store that will allow you to test it yourself. Bring a roll of film with you, load it up, and then put the camera through some tough tests to see how it performs.
