without resampling unless you want to go larger than your file size will allow, in which case there's nothing wrong with resampling the pic right up to as big as you like, IMO. Resampling is not one of the seven deadly sins - it is a perfectly acceptable way to print larger at a decent dpi. (Flame-proofs on....)
