Only if the 'operating system' in the camera supports it, which I doubt. The CF wi-fi cards I know about (including the one sitting in the PDA next to me) use the CF interface for providing power, and to talk over. But they don't look like regular CF memory cards to the host processor. There's special driver software you have to load to talk to them.
