ah-ha, but there's a catch!  i haven't paid MYSELF a wage yet!  i am lucky
enough to have a hubby who allows me to "live" in a financial sense, so that
ALL of the money i make (at this stage of the game), can go straight back
into the business setup.  Mind you I have allowed enough out of that to pay
for Santa this year, and all of the starting school expenses for January, so
I guess I have achieved SOMETHING financially at least, out of it all...

In saying all of that though, if you work out the amount of hours i have
been in front of this computer over the past 3 months, I have
probably earnt about .50c an hour!  Of course that will change when my
website is finished though, I am spending up to 8 hours a day on it at the
moment, scanning/preparing images, designing, writing the code, uploading
etc...

I'm afraid I have to categorically disagree with you.  If you can afford
to buy a £1000+ piece of kit after 6 months as a legitimate
business,doing something you enjoy, in a way that does not impinge
drastically on your family life and you are still part-time, then you
are successful by any measure I can think of.  I was only being tongue
in cheek about my presentation of the statement about success.
