Been meaning to say with this thread- the Tamron 28-200 f3.5/5.6 is not only
too slow for this task, BUT if you have an older version of this lens as I
do (mine is the 71D), the focussing distance is waaaaaay to long for
indoors, it is over 2 metres and most of your stuff won't be within this
range.  It can be a real pain in the you know what, believe me, i've tried
it....
