Hi! KT> This subject is about 2-1/2 hours from home. Occaisionally my job takes my by KT> here to catch a 2 pm helicopter. On this particular day I needed to come KT> earlier. This shot was taken about 9 am. Your're right. Early morning light KT> would be much better. There's a 6 am flight that I could possibly take that KT> would bring my by here about 5 am. Maybe it will work out one day. It better KT> be soon. This guy is about 1 tropical storm away from destruction.
So you travel to your job by chopper?! Fascinating to say the least. Well, no traffic jams for you. No standing in line <g>... Though theoretically it could be achieved <g>... KT> Maybe someone will produce a grid screen for the *ist-D. I've been tipping my KT> camera up to line up the base of the frame with the horizon then carefully KT> tipping it back down for the final composition. It's not really working too KT> well. I don't have *istD. With my ME Super I am trouble. So I have to choose a line, preferably straight that I'd like to be either horizontal or vertical. That usually does not help much. In case of ZX-L, it has these bracket like AF marks in the finder. Usually I use them as basis for my horizontals... Often I miss but usually not more than by degree or two... As for the image. I've tried few like this myself. I wasn't satisfied with them. This one also does not do too much for me. It is technically sound but it does not work to me. It is just there and it does not project to me any emotion... Naturally, no offence is meant. Boris ([EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED])
