I attended a masterclass on architecture photography last month, and
with that in mind, here are my comments on your picture:
Correct the perspective further so that the horizontals are completely
parallel.
Come back later when the sun brings the structure of the walls of the
building to life. The photograph looks a bit grey.
The presence of clouds is very important to increase the feeling of
perspective, it would help if they are more separated, and not become a
grey mass.

I think what you have done given the weather at the time you took the
photograph is good, I like the reflections of the walls in the other
walls, and the top line of the roof doesn't interfere with anything
else, which is good as well. I wonder if you would have been able to get
the palm trees completely in the frame, it bothers me a bit that I can
only see the upper part of them.
