Yes it is. But no this fact nor picture quality concerns me. Just the fact that photo company with traditions is less popular than others known for TV sets and telephones... And as I sad, Pentax needs prosumer digicam for serious users who don't want DSLR. It should have advanced features like in Canon G5 or Nikon 8700 and of course be black ;-) These bodies makes very positive impression on people. Some of my friends needed it and bought usually Canon G5 as it is even cheaper than Optio 555.
