Tom, my 1968 guide to Pentax lenses does not show any manual lens in that
range.  There was an 18mm fish-eye, and a 35mm described as having a
"normal" aperture mechanism, and then it's only from 300mm that manual
apertures come back in.
The normal mechanism is described elsewhere as one where there is neither
pre-set nor automatic stop-down, so maybe the 35 is a candidate?
