OK - we'll take that as confirmed. Thanks, Christian & Thibouille But I've just re-checked how AF works with my A lenses, and I'm definitely only getting the central sensor. I can't change the autofocus sensor selected while an A lens is mounted, either. This also prompted me to go back and check the behaviour of my MZ-S. It appears to behave the same way as the *ist-D; with my A200 lens mounted I'm only getting the central AF sensor, even with a different sensor selected (although, unlike the *ist-D, I can change the sensor selection even with an A lens mounted). I guess it's not all that important, if I've only just discovered that (despite having had the MZ-S since they were first released). But I guess it explains a few of my out-of-focus shots using the A300 (strictly speaking, focussed on the wrong part of the image). I still don't understand why this limitation is necessary, though.
