I said "in the case of gross errors in the listing" Of course if it was listed properly the buyer does not have a valid reason to return it, he agreed to buy it when he bid on it in the first place and cannot just "change his mind" and ask to return it unless it isnt as described (seller error). I don't know about "almost all" but I certainly don't often offer return privileges. I was under the impression that the whole reason eBay works is because of the feedback system. If seller never provides incorrect information no purchaser ever has reason to complain or a need to return goods.
