Very nice shot. Great frame and composition. Lovely wife and dog. Overall, a great success.

She's a ham for the camera and loves showing off this shot to her friends and family. It's funny because she's pretty shy around strangers otherwise.

Cute shot David.
Nice tone and nicely exposed.
How does your wife like the idea, of you posting that shot? :-)

Hello David,

Love to take a look, but my browser says the link could not be found.

Oh shoot, I screwed up my first PESO post. Ok, here goes again...

As mentioned before, it was taken with my new *ist-Ds, my old SMC Pentax
FA 50mm f/1.4. The shot was taken at 1/500th, f/4, ISO400, 6mp,
high-quality Jpeg, cropped, reduced to web-friendly size. It was taken
under natural light in the shade of a covered patio.

The subjects are my wife and dog. Nothing earthbreakingly cool here,
but I liked her spontanious look, captured in the bokeh as she clutched
the roudy in-focus dog.
