Nyah, just people who can't afford $600 or so. Which is sort of an outrageous price for software (sorry, but I think it is).
You don't have to purchase it. Last time I checked cos. were still allowed to park where they wanted on the price demand curve. How is that rediculous? Have you any idea what it costs to support and supply a package like this, forget the developement costs. Having developed and marketed industrial software packages, I really don't find the pricing nearly as rediculous as your commment.

Elements 3 has a lot of PS CS in it. And it's way cheaper. Although now that they've changed the RAW conversion to a "bridge" in CS 2, it would be nice to see an Elements 4.
